How could I forget this?! I use two primarily:

Carl’s Sims 3 Guide: I cannot recommend this site enough. Carl, Pam, and the fabulous community they have built there have literally turned me from a Sims 3 hater (really!) to . . . uh, a Sims 3 addict? That sounds worse than I meant it to! I only mean to say that finding this site was literally a game-changer for me. I love it so much, in fact, that since I found it a year or so ago, I have only purchased my expansions through its affiliate links. You can’t say I don’t put my money where my virtual mouth is! Carl’s expansion guides are invaluable and so much better than anything put out officially. (Sorry, but it’s true. Still mad at all the errors and misinformation in those Sims 1 strategy guides I wasted hundreds of dollars on . . . .) The depth, detail, and accessibility are all top-notch: You can find what you need easily and it will be everything you needed, plus some cool bonus info you never imagined. I cannot begin to imagine the hours of work that have gone into creating and maintaining the site, but man, am I ever grateful for it.

The Sims 3 Official Forums: Of course, right?

Obviously, there are MANY other helpful Sims 3 resources out there, but those are the two I visit most often. (I’m a lurker, though.)
